1. Project Update: Glencoe Residence

We have been working with this client for the past four years and are excited to share a few shots of the recently completed rooms! The home is an Italian Renaissance Revival built in 1921. The floor to ceiling windows, curved archways and breathtaking lake views set the tone for this gorgeous home.

When you walk into the foyer, you are greeted by a stunning curved staircase that winds gracefully upward around a striking circular Palladian skylight. We kept the designs simple with a stunning bench from David Iatesta and a custom oushak rug.

Our client says this is their favorite room in the house as they entertain often! This is the perfect spot for a drink with friends– cozy, intimate and inviting.  The walls are coated in French Beret, a deep navy from Benjamin Moore making the space feel masculine and stately. The room is balanced with the custom designed rug– we hand-selected the colors and made it to be round in shape to accent the room. The corner bar is complete with a sink and refrigerator.

The dining room is light, airy and open allowing for several guests. We pushed out the existing exterior wall to create a stunning hallway the leads to the kitchen.
