KMI Residential Design Service

This service is for clients looking for a full-service design experience. Kate will come into your home, develop a custom design concept, and be with you step-by-step as that concept is realized. This is ideal for homeowners who are designing their homes for the first time or for those who are looking to renovate, finish, or add on to their existing home.

KMI In-Home Design Consultation

This service is for clients who prefer to manage their home-design projects on their own, but who would like some expert opinions and ideas to make their project successful. Kate will come to your home and spend time with you going room to room to help you decide exactly what should be done in each space. Whether is just help with paint colors or updating the style of your home, KMI will help guild in the right direction.

KMI New Construction Design

This service is for a new construction home. Kate will meet with you in the beginning phase of your home and work directly with the builder and architect to create the best design. With building a new home, there is a ton of specs and details that come along with it. This process can be very overwhelming for some homeowners and KMI can make this process very smooth and exciting.
